At Pendle Doors, we are focused on investing in our staff and their development and have a continual programme of courses allocated to our teams. We identify each colleague’s area of development and interest through the appraisal process and this helps us to understand where we need to focus our support. We are proud to celebrate the recent achievements below:
Ian Hartley, Commercial Director, has recently completed the Help to Grow programme through Manchester Metropolitan University.
Darran Mowe, Sales Director, has now completed his Help to Grow programme through UCLAN.
John McCusker (Project Manager) and Rizwan Masood (Sales Manager) have both recently completed their Fire Door diploma courses. This was an E-learning course, designed to upskill them in the area of Fire Doors and Doorsets.
Polly Brian, Trainee Sales Estimator, has been our first member of staff at Pendle Doors to become a Mental Health First Aider. Following the completion of this course, Polly supports the business and her colleagues with Mental Health and Wellbeing.
