Our experienced sales and estimating team, select the best core, from within our scope that best suits the application. Considerations include fire rating, high traffic, severe duty ratings, as well as performance and mechanical criteria.
Our range of cores includes GDC (Graduated Density Chipboard), Solid Laminated Timber Core, and Mineral layer for higher fire ratings.
There is a selection of facings available, including many real wood veneer options, supplied fully factory face-finished.
Veneers are selected and matched for pairs of doors and over panels.
Factory priming, or fully factory finishing available in most RAL references, laminate faces including market-leading suppliers such as Formica, Egger, Greenlam, Polyrey etc.
