Event Schedule

11:00am – Arrival & Registration

Start the day with a warm welcome from the Pendle Doors team.

• Registration and check-in
• Bacon rolls and coffee on arrival
• Team tee allocations
• Event T-shirts and group photographs
• Charity activities open, including:
  • Raffle tickets (£5)
  • Mulligans (£20 per team)
  • Charity Potluck (£10 per person)
  • Charity auction bidding

1:00pm – Shotgun Start

Teams of four will take to the course for an exciting 18-hole shotgun start.

Throughout the round, players can participate in a range of on-course challenges:

• Beat the Pro Challenge (£10 per person)
• Hole-in-One competitions
• Putting Challenge (£10 per person)
• Football Cards (£10 per person)

Competition Format

• 18-hole Stableford competition
• Teams of four players
• Two scores from four count on every hole
• Maximum handicaps:
  • Men: 24.2
  • Ladies: 36.3
• 85% course allowance
• Yellow tees for men
• Red tees for ladies

Players have the chance to win some fantastic prizes, including:

Beat the Pro Challenge

Take on the professional on the 17th hole.

Beat the pro and you’ll double your money. If not, your entry fee goes directly to charity.

Evening Reception & Prize Presentation

Following the completion of the round, guests will enjoy:

• Two-course meal
• Prize presentation ceremony
• Charity raffle draw
• Auction finale
