Ryan Anderson

Managing Director

Taking over the reins from his father who set up the business, Ryan is our Managing Director. Out of the office, Ryan enjoys watching or playing sports, especially golf, and holds a season ticket for Man Utd. He also loves watching F1 and has a fondness for travelling with his wife, with Dubai being their favourite destination.

Ian Hartley

Commercial Director

Ian is Pendle’s Commercial Director who started his career in Accountancy quickly progressing into the door market working in sales. Ian joined Pendle Doors in February 2004 holding various roles within the business. Outside of work Ian's passion is football (an avid Man Utd fan), and social golfing. He enjoys good food and good wine, spending time with his grandchildren, and travelling the world.

Darran Mowe

Sales & Purchasing Director

Darran is our Sales & Purchasing Director with over 33 years experience within the Fire-door and door-set industry. During his time he has held positions from Senior Buyer, Sales manager to General Manager. Outside of work Darran has a keen interest in rugby (both codes) and watching live motorsports. He also loves dining out and making delicious homemade food.

Lee France

Operations Director

Lee is Pendle Doors’ Operations Director, with interests that include weight training, playing 8 ball pool, and watching football and Formula One.

Rizwan (Riz) Masood

Sales Manager

From a young age, Riz developed a passion for bespoke joinery, which led him to pursue Level 3 Carpentry & Joinery at Blackburn College. Upon completing his studies, he began working as an apprentice for Pendle Doors, specializing in handcrafted timber doors and gates. At 18, he honed his skills as a bespoke hand joiner. As the company expanded into the fire doors sector, Riz's ambition grew, and he sought opportunities to advance within Pendle Doors. Steve Anderson, the Managing Director at the time, offered him a role as a sales estimator and project manager. With six years of experience in this position, Riz has now progressed to his current role as Sales Manager.

Bev Calderbank

Project Manager

Bev is Pendle’s Project Manager who started life as a overseas rep within the travel industry. Upon her return to the UK Bev took a role as reservations manager for Sunset holidays. For the last 27 years Bev has worked in the Joinery and Doorset market with 11 of those being at Pendle Doors Ltd. Outside of work Bev has a passion for horses which takes her up and down the country to judge and officiate various horse shows in her spare time.

Ian Oldfield

Head Buyer

Ian started his career at 16 as a wood machinist. During his 30 year of service at Pendle Doors Ian has held various positions from supervisor, production manager, sales estimator to his present day role of Head buyer. Ian enjoys watching sports programs, taking his 2 dogs for walks, and spending lots of time with his granddaughter.

Gemma Hargreaves

Administrator

Gemma, our Business Administrator, enjoys spending her spare time swimming and making everlasting memories with her friends and family.

Chris Agnew

Production Manager

Chris is our Production Manager, with a love for reading, cooking, walking his dog Bash, and travelling.

Robert Morgan

Technical Manager

Robert is our Technical Manager, with a diverse range of hobbies outside the workplace such as walking, photography, wildlife watching, drawing and painting, model making, and archery.

Chris Coates

Technical Officer

Chris is our Technical Officer, who has a passion for computers and technology. He also enjoys watching movies, listening to music, playing musical instruments, and going to concerts with family and friends.

Dave Salloway

Head of Warehousing & Logistics

Dave has over 35 years experience in logistics and warehousing with 25 of those within the Joinery Industry. As Head of Warehousing & Logistics he ensures the smooth transition of our product from the factory to the customer. Dave has a number of interests to keep him entertained when he’s not in the warehouse - quizzing, watching sport, and socialising with friends and family. He is also the Secretary of a 30+ strong golf society and manages 8 events annually.
