Safety, Health & Environment Compliance Manager

  • Location – Pendle Doors, Lower Darwen
  • Job Type – Full-time, permanent, based on site
  • Salary – £37,000 to £45,000 per year depending on experience

Pendle Doors is growing quickly. In the past year, we’ve opened a new manufacturing site in Lower Darwen, doubled the size of our Sales team, and expanded our production department. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone who can help keep our people safe, support our teams, and maintain a strong culture of health, safety, and care across the business.

We’re looking for someone with a positive, practical mindset who understands the value of compliance and safety in a busy workplace. You’ll be confident advising management, working alongside teams on the ground, and leading our health and safety culture with fresh ideas that are both inclusive and effective.

We are looking forward to our future. Our staff surveys, away days and training programmes show that we already have a fantastic team in place. Now, we’re looking a hardworking individual to join us who shares our values and is ready to be recognised and rewarded.
